Dear Parents, Staff, and Students,
I hope this message finds you in good spirits. I'm excited to share some fantastic news about our boys' and girls' basketball teams. Thanks to their outstanding season and District performance, we've been granted the honor of hosting the 2A Regionals right here in Merino for both teams!
Given the significance of this event and the logistical considerations involved, I want to inform you that Merino Schools will not be in session for K-12 staff and students on Friday, March 1. With six additional schools participating, the games are scheduled to kick off at 2:00 PM on Friday, giving the need for additional parking, and facility preparations.
This decision has been made to ensure that everyone in our community has the opportunity to come out and support our Rams. Please remember that only CHSAA passes will grant free entry to the games. Official game times and ticket prices will be communicated to you as soon as available.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
Let's show our support for the teams to achieve victories, securing spots in the State Basketball Championships in Loveland from March 7th to 9th.
Go Rams!!
