Supporting Local. Fueling Student Success!
This past week, the students at Buffalo School District RE-4J enjoyed high-quality, delicious ground beef lunches, sourced straight from our own backyard!
Thanks to funding from the Colorado Locally Grown Grant, our Local Food Program is bringing fresh, local products directly to our school cafeterias. We are proud to partner with Quarter Circle U Cattle LLC, located just down the road in Hillrose, Colorado!
Quarter Circle U Cattle is co-owned and operated by Brandon, Paige, and Joe Dulaney. Alongside BP Farms, the Dulaney family works hard raising high-quality, home-raised beef cattle with a deep commitment to the community.
We love knowing exactly where our school food comes from, and we are thrilled to support local farm and ranch families while keeping our students fueled and ready to learn! Thank you to the Dulaney family for partnering with us to feed the Merino
